- Marketing and Education - employing an attractive marketing strategy called "Earning a Living Just Got Easier," this service informs low-wage workers of available benefits with user-friendly materials that include the EarnBenefits Guide and this web site.
- Eligibility Screening and Application Assistance - using a web-based technology tool, EarnBenefits Online (EBO), this service streamlines eligibility screening, application submission and tracking of submitted applications for benefits such as child care vouchers, tax credits and health insurance. EarnBenefits Counselors, stationed at partnering community organizations or as part of a Mobile Outreach Team, use EBO to perform screenings and facilitate access to benefits.
- Benefits Management - once low-wage workers have accessed benefits and work supports, this service helps them manage their benefits and continue to receive eligible benefits and other supports as household income increases. We have also developed new benefit products to bridge the gap between what working families need and available benefit programs, including family loans, free checking accounts and matched savings accounts.
